Bruce, I assume the next Press Release will be the 2nd qtr. earnings report, and with it the rationale for passing on the Locus deal. Deadline was 10/23 on Locus, should be out any day now. Most info on earnings and revenues was pre-released at the CC. Earnings will not be profitable until the third Qtr. and Revenues at around $11.0 mil. I would hope there is a statement on the expected future Earnings run rate, similar to what Joe M stated at the CC, $450 mill and profitable by the end of the fiscal year. JMHO
