Ted, These have been tough times for " bio-drecks " and " micro-craps " If there was anything not " Kosher " at Cortex, one would think the company would have given the NBC reporter a heads up on the situation. Jack Welch, CEO of GE and owner of NBC can't be too happy about this turn of events. I haven't followed the finances of Cortex too closely, is their convertible of the " Death Spiral " type?? If so, this could explain some of the bizarre price action. All in all, we are lucky that there was no bad news announced or we would see a price of minus 50 cents in which all shareholders would be assessed 50 cents a share....just kidding, but the time will come when some one will figure a new way to screw the shareholding public......let us hope for better days....nysebob2
