Does anyone seriously believe that even if Microsoft loses and has to absorb a big fine and regulation (even broken up into smaller companies) that a company with billions in capital (even after a fine) with products that are an industry standard will really just go away and not make any money? While a loss would change the landscape, MSFT would certainly not be down and out. They would re-invent themselves. They got to where they are today for being more savvy than other. I'm not trying to be pro-MSFT, just looking from a realistic perspective.
