Freddie, the SEC also fines and sanctions corporations. The enforcement section of the SEC site will highlight this point. I believe it is important that we all be completely aware of the potentiality of different actions by the authorities, as this reduces
the risk to all investors. I do not suggest that action must be taken against FAMH, that is up to the authorities, but it should be considered.

tonto.....I agree that the company will be included in the investigation, but, the attorney general's sole purpose is not to put the company out of business. Their job is to ferret out criminal activity and fine or imprison the guilty parties. The company is a viable entity. Arif has committed securities fraud in my mind, and many others. If Arif is found guilty, he will either be removed from Firamada and/or pay restitution to shareholders. "As the World Turns" continues..............

I hope the company has made drastic changes and will indeed be viable.
