Robert, I don't hang on to losers either. I trade in 2 IRA accounts and one margin account so owe some of my losses to being overextended. Hard to exit from 40 positions in a hurry! I trade like you except I haven't got the hang of shorting. I've managed to recover all my losses for the last few months in the last 4 days (20-30%). SOSS has been my only big loser recently. I've been very lucky dodging bullets as in the case of JDAS and AGTX but kick myself for selling VOL at $17 (jumped to $24 last 2 days). My posting was probably a little emotional but not everyone on these boards has the time and tools to trade like we do. Meredith
