This guys are a class act. I have finally learned my lesson. Sorry if I misled anyone by posting positives about this company. It's kinda like never thinking its your kid who is doing drugs, I suppose. Lost over 85% of my investment - but hell, its only money :D Can't take it with you! "Company's 15 day extension within which to timely file its Form 10-K for fiscal year ended June 30, 1998 had expired October 15, 1998 and, accordingly, "the Company is now deficient in filing its 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1998".
