Private placements have totaled about $2 million Cndn. In the past month, members of Sungold management have subscribed for a total of 675,000 shares at $2 U.S. That's $1.35 million U.S., or about $2 million Cndn. I've heard many shareholders, with many companies, complain about the sweetheart deals that management gets for private placements. In my books, the recent PP's indicate that management is convinced that $2 U.S. is a bargain for this stock, and they've put up a lot of money to prove it. I wonder how long it will take shareholders and investors to figure out what this means.
