Chris & Richard:

I can confirm Chris' reply, Richard. The funds were advanced as part of the original PP early last year that fell short of its target. Chris kindly offered to let the Company use the funds until it completed the PP.

With the decline in the stock price and Unitec's securing debt financing to cover its project financing needs, this transaction was a compromise to issue the stock at near the original agreement less a small amount for use of the funds w/o interest.

The delay was perhaps more procrastination on my part, waiting for the stock to return to the $0.40 level to complete the deal as originally conceived. My apologies for the delay Chris and thanks for your patience.

Regards,

JBS

Chris - BINGO. Thanks for detail and it's also encouraging to see possible expression of hope.

Thanks too John for further posted detail.

Chris -

Not sure if you've been watching trades over the past little while.

Noticed some stuff coming out of DS (House 82) #reply-6781939 a few days ago and more of the same on Friday. Today DS is also off-loading and IPO Capital (House 20) is sucking it up.

I'm not totally sure but I believe a previously supportive broker who used to be with Union (House 77) is now at IPO Capital.

I'm trying to figure out what sort of overhang may still be available at current pricing. Any ideas?

Also, I understand another writer (Jay Taylor?) may have done a writeup re: UIC. Have you seen the piece? I haven't. Are you still hopeful re: outlook re: UIC?

Appreciate your views.
