Guy,

Thankyou for responding. My reasoning for selling some or all of the Biomoda stock(after lung-check results are published) are as follows:

1) Adot will not generate any substantial revenues or deliver a BB until mid-1999. They will most likely sell their stock, up to the 25 million authorized to support operations. This would dilute the hell out of our stock and set us up for a reverse split should they continue to falter on the BB deliveries.

2) Biomoda should publish positive results from lung-check and release info. on the next phase of testing. I believe this would bring some positive interest in Biomoda stock and ADOT could sell a percentage of their Biomoda stock at this time.

3) As someone stated earlier,"Biomoda may be a year or two away from generating revenues", if this is true then the stock would most likely languish and not help ADOT. As far as Biomoda going public, that could be well into the year 2000.

4) If ADOT has a real product that they can take to market and sell, then it may be in our best interest for them to intermittently sell off their stake in Biomoda. This would raise cash and stock value at the same time.

Unfortunately the way many OTC-BB stocks work is massive dilution followed by a reverse split, then more massive dilution. I hope ADOT does not follow that path. It would be very helpful if ADOT put out some kind of status report on customers and/or financials, do not want to hear any BS on "pre-qualifing potential customers".

These are just opinions, open for discussion.

Regards, Tom B.
