You are probably right but it doesn't explain the silence.

When I bought this company I felt that I was investing in a something
with great promise. The sharing of the direction of TPII by the
CEO got me excited about the future. I assumed that since we were
informed on a regular basis about the companies growth and
opportunities that this would continue. My second email is as follows:

"As a shareholder of this stock I am very disappointed about the recent flow of information coming from the company. Calls to Janis provide us no information. I would like to ask about the progress of the Bigisoft Beta site. Does it still exist. If so why the delay. Is their a market for Vertex 2000 and is the relationship with bigisoft strong or weak. Rumors have been going around that Bigisoft will not allow TPII to sign the beta.

I will add also that although I am disappointed in the share price I
understand and accept the fact that it is beyond the control of TPII. What is not acceptable is the lack of communication by TPII to it's loyal and trusting shareholder community. We cannot expect TPII's stock price to rise, but we can expect TPII to respond to our issues.
