Joe, this is how a competition statement should read in a 10K:

"Syntellect's principal domestic competitors for IVR products include Lucent Technologies, InterVoice Inc., Periphonics Corporation, Edify, Brite Voice Systems Inc., and IBM Corporation. The Company's principal domestic competitors for predictive dialer products are Davox Corporation, EIS International, Inc., Melita International Corporation and Mosaix, Inc. Internationally, Syntellect's primary competitors include InterVoice Inc., Telsis, Periphonics and IBM Corporation. Many of the Company's competitors have more extensive engineering, manufacturing, and marketing capabilities, in addition to their substantially greater financial, technological and personnel
resources. The Company also expects new competitors to enter its markets."

The COMPETITION statement should not read like a market maker is trying to sell more stock:
