Tough to tell. Though KEA is a bargain at these prices, I don't know if there will be a short term move or not. If I were trading stock, I would buy but since I am in options mode right now, I need to time my buys more carefully. IBM gave a bad outlook on IT spending for next year so that won't help KEA even though we have enough back log to keep working throughout any slowdown other companies might experience. Here are the comments from IBM about 10 lines down or so.

Regardless, remember that according to the conference call before this one that Mr. Keane stated there was an 8 month delay before jobs were seen in earnings so the next 2 releases should be the ones that show even better earnings. I plan on watching this market a little closer before moving but like I said, I am doing the options thing right now and will go back into stock later. I just want to be more liquid at this time due to market conditions.

Good Luck,

Lee
