For what it's worth, Briefing had a piece on undervalued small stocks today, such as XYLN and MANU, so I sent them an email about CELL, which, unlike the others, is undervalued only because of general market conditions (IMHO). Will be curious to see if they post anything. E*Trade, Schwab and a few others offer Briefing for free, so they've got a pretty wide following. Other than that, it sure would be a positive to see the S&P finish above 1075 and the Dow above 8600; important psychological barriers.
