I like the wording in this release, Wayne. It would appear NYRR is setting up good personal contact inroads to make some near future changes. Mr. White is described as: "-An acknowledged expert in the marine environmental contracting business. "the founder and President of Belize Interest Group, Ltd., an international corporation involved in various business and "governmental projects" in the United States and the Caribbean. From 1985 to 1995, Mr. White was a principal in Aqua Terra Environmental Services, Inc., a company responsible for overseeing the successful completion of numerous multi-million dollar marine environmental construction projects in the domestic and international market. "In just a few short months, Norfolk Southern Railroad (NS), CSX Transportation (CSXT) and Canadian Pacific Railway (CP), will bring with them a new era in Class 1 (or long-haul) rail-freight service into our region. Hence, these coming weeks will be critically important to New York Regional Rail's efforts in consolidating its unique position as the only direct rail freight marine connection to the New York City, Long Island, and greater metropolitan marketplace,'' Mr. Crawford continued. ''As an outside Member, Mr. White will be involved in a whole host of areas on behalf of the corporation. These will include financial coordination with the investment community as well as inter-governmental relations and compliance issues. We are pleased to have him join us in this important role,'' Mr. Crawford concluded." Wayne, It looks to me as if NYRR has bought the expertise needed to use just the right people/companies/solution for improving the value of this unique geographical location by including Mr. White. This isn't done without a reason. For example, wouldn't doubling NYRR's ability to provide passage at least double the value of the company? To me this is a very important release, and i wouldn't mind thinking about some slow and moderate accumulation. Thank you for your posts, Wayne. With what little is being told to us, your eyes appear to be focused in the right direction. Much appreciation! Dave
