Kamdar , thanks for HP k6-366mhz announcement this proves that AMD is being very secretive with its product announcement . Did anyone have any idea that there was a 366mhz ?
The above URL shows a good comparison of Semis , AMD has a long way to move up in the chart ,

Pravin,

So I guess this means AMD has a 366 speed grade too!.. Well that is out of the Celeron range last time I checked, so there's a couple of extra $$ in the bank.

Pravin,

Re: "HP announces K6-2 366 system:"

This could mean that AMD is having trouble controlling their manufacturing
process to produce 380mhz and 400mhz parts ... Wonder where I have heard
this before. Why would AMD create a new speed bin just 16mhz above their
last point .. Oh well, Intel used to be 4 speed bins (360mhz, 380mhz,
400mhz, and 450mhz) ahead of AMD and we just didn't know it. <ggg> Is
AMD going backwards in process technology ??

Make It So,
