Walter, with the phrase a (fully licensed from QCOM)W-CDMA standard of some kind I was trying to imply either a converged cdma2000/W-CDMA or a backward compatible (to IS-95) W-CDMA, both of which Irwin is on record as saying he would license. Sorry if I was unclear.
