Hey, I just cut n' paste them. I can't defend or explain them <g>.

What it does sound like to me is a "don't ask, don't tell" policy, i.e. try to get the order executed but don't advertise it.

NASDAQ will defend the spread to the death. No more spread, no more middleman.
