Hi Brad, As everyone can see from the logs you have been posting today, the buying looks strong and the selling is minimal. Very interesting to see Hill off the ASK finally and now playing the bid. Perhaps he is done?? We have been speculating the the MM's might have been shorting ahead of the series F, which they thought were coming to market in the near future. It sounds to me like the company has a number of options with regards to buy those shares back however, so I am betting that they "never see the light of day". What is interesting to speculate on now however, is with the amount of shorting that has gone on since the annual meeting, my guess is that the MM's might have already shorted us as many or more shares than the series F would convert too. I am not even sure at this point that if the series F did convert that the MM's could get covered?? The MM's are not having any luck shaking out shares it appears to me..things could get interesting here. (G)

James

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Just wanted to get you updated on some very good news indeed. I just
received a phone call from Jack Adams, DCI's Chief Marketing Officer.
For those of you that might not have known, Joe Murphy alluded at the
beginning of the first Conference Call last week that Jack was rushed to
the hospital for a series of tests including a CAT Scan. I am very
pleased that everything has shown up negative and Jack is back to work.
Jack has been, and always will be, Joe's strong arm of support as they
have been with each other since the age of 8 both in school and various
companies. Jack, if you are reading this---WELCOME BACK!!! and my little
one believes even more in the power of "lighting a candle" and saying a
prayer. We all love and respect all you have done for us.
