I feel the same way. Even not reducing the TLAB holdings, here's my take (and it's a little sour grapes, I'll admit, but I still think we can get it lower later):

1) There will be no offerings this year, and we've missed 2 since buying - permanently.
2) Without this gain, they lost probably 55 cents per share. And, everyone has know about this gain since the beginning of the year.
3) CMPC had lousy earnings, and is also dragging NAV down further.

Anyway, if you're holding, good luck and don't complain.

I am curious about net asset value. I adjusted for the 9/30 ownership and the sale of tellabs. Based on these and the fully diluted shares I get an even lower number than you. Is anyone else getting lower numbers?
