Winstar will be having a national sales meeting starting this weekend in Florida . All sales personal will be there as well as Nate and Rouhana.Who do you think will be giving the keynote address ???? Well, they got some guy by the name of Vogel !!!! Also, watch for a media blitz ,to be announced next week (?), reguarding their "Millennium" plan, which will encompass giving new customers 3 free months of local service if ALL existing lines are turned over to Winstar!!!! The Millennium plan also is a blitz to sign up customers for wireless only !!! The push is on to gain much more wireless customers rather than resale lines. Equipment has recently been installed on the west coast to allow LD to come directly off the switch, thus a true network is being setup similar to the east coast network, using leased fibre. This is very important, IMHO, as it allows WCII to totally bypass the RBOCS, and will allow WCII to do their own billing, which in the past has been a nightmare !!!! Best to all, Joel
