Doug, I am not able to speculate on when a deal may occur with regards to a joint venture on Fairmile's properties.

The level of interest remains high, however, the pace of property evaluation, discussions and negotiations with potential partners is not wholly in our control. Companies evaluating mineral properties for possible joint venture do so in a series of stages from initial review to property visits, sampling, property revisiting to upper level discussion and negotiation.

Regulatorily, I am unable to present any details on any prospective joint venture partner until a deal is cut and a release made. It would also be irresponsible to you the shareholders, as tentative deals do not always work out to fruition.

I believe that a joint venture partner on the Buffalo Valley project will allow for increased drilling on specific targets and aid in the calculation of any further possible resource calculations/additions.
