JUST to make a quick point is that according to money magazine that the downfall in the market that the smaller market cap your stock was the more you have been hit this year. companies with market caps under 250mill are down an average of 50%this year. i think dssi is fine but everybody looks into it in to much detail. regarding the salary, tower pays dssi a management fee of 375,000dollers a year in which morgernstern is the chairman and the only management dealing with tower so he gets the 375.00management fee. dssi pays him about 50,000dollers a year. the company cars one for the u.s,the other from israel. the loan, actually its good for dssi because they get their money back. dssi should or could have bought a company apartment since they do lot of business their. dssi is fine and an awful micro cap market and everybody hates morgernstern because of the stock. thats the way it works if he sells tower or convergedoes great everybody will love him. i think the company is a steal and i was at the shareholder meeting and he said and is doing all the right things . i hpoe people keep selling it. also, tower and the semi business is picking up with alright numbers from, nvls, ter, klac, altr, mot who all said next quarter will be better. cheer up its only a stock

Words of wisdom from Didi Arazi:

Also, I see too many parallels between Georgie and Haim Nissenson's (formerly of Rada) conduct at the helm. At least Nissenson was told to close the door from the outside. Georgie should follow.
