Henry,

Maybe Jerard is eluding to the December 18th effective date of
Sid & company's resignation. What I don't know is if he means this is
REALLY the end of this stock/company's existence OR if we will rise
from the bottom of this. Unfortunately for most of us I would guess it's the former...just a matter of time before the money runs out now.

Jim

Henry, you have been working toooooo hard. 59 days till December 18. I think regardless of peoples opinions, pro or con, we should all give these three gentleman a cyber round of applause as a thank you for the time spent on trying to provide leadership to the best of their ability during the turbulent history of Naxos. While some may not like the direction taken, Sid's lack of shares made it clear to me that his only interest was to do the best job he could based on the information he had available with very little potential personal gain (in share value) other than the knowledge that he did his best.

Let's hope that new "management" has a deep commitment to staying this current course until it either finally proves the tremendous worth of FL, or not. I would like to wish anyone who is willing to step up to the plate, good luck, good fortune and lots and lots of patience.
