Your broker actually stated "FAMH" as a buyout candidate? hmmmmmmm. Why was FAMH so intriguing to this broker? They lost money and the company they bought out lost money. What company was looking at this monumental purchase? Awfully suspect, traveling man.

Traveler, do you remember a few weeks back when buy out rumors sent the share price to the mid twenty cent range? This IMO is another pump and dump tactic.

Regards,

Lonnie

Traveller,

If FAMH is bought out, remember these facts:

1. FAMH is heavily in debt from Myraid.
2. FAMH is losing money.
3. FAMH is owned by Arif.

If FAMH is bought, it will be bought like Myraid was bought. The price will be:

1. The buyer assumes FAMH's debt.
2. Arif gets a cushy contract.

This would cost the buyer about 4 million dollars - 3.5 million still due for Myraid and about 0.5 million in future salary for Arif (say, 100,000/year for 5 years).

This buyout would be approved by the majority of outstanding shares (Arif).

Stockholders would get zilch.
