Sam, saw that aswell ..... said that there is a moratorium on insider buying and selling within a period prior to a takeover - the implication being that it was very unusual at this time. Interesting ....

sam,

I had a response to your TI statement on modems...took
me a while to do (most of it was reading Briefing.com's
translation of the financial statement which I think
may not be totally accurate). Anyways, it got zapped
from me....I'll blame it on SI. I will try to rewrite
it later since I think it's an important point.

>>No real insider buying or selling in 3COM -- suspicious to some expert on CNBC. Thinks something is up. FWIW <<

Should give you a clue about CNBC. There's not been any
insider selling because they all know that COMS is dirt cheap
and it's eventually going way up once it gets over it's
two main challenges a) merger with USRX b) transition to
entire new level of products.

Upper management knows there's a potential goldmine. If
there was a lot of insider selling, somebody would say something
about that....The media always have to have a story one way
or another. How anybody listens to that trash is what amazes
me.
