Nope!

The way I see it, it's only a rumor about CH 11, not a fact yet! If Jim is able to go CH 11, I seriously dought he'll do anything except stave off the wolves from consumming up all of BCMD's assets (mine, properties, etc.) CH 11, is just a vehicle for a company to come up with a new business plan, management change, etc.. and if CH 11, we'll see BCMDE bounce up and down in it's present range, mabey lower.. The duration of how long a company stays in CH 11 and come out of Ch 11 depends upon many factors; 1. Money to hire attornies; 2. Desire to do the right thing; 3. Create a board of directors to write new business plan; 4. Timly court appearances. All of these and much could take 3 months, or 3 years?

Remember the company I talked about that went ch 11, well, they are finally coming out of CH 11 at the end of this month, and the whole process took 14 months.

But this is BCMDE!!!!!!!
