I've looked and looked and looked some more. The only thing is a reference that TXN's numbers are in - greater than expectations - and this is lifting the entire semi sector. But, a 25%+ rise for VLSI seems, in my opinion to be a little extreme. Looked also at options action. Lots of calls being traded. Near and not so near term.
