Yes, I too could have bought Berkshire Hathaway when I was born in 1968 and I would be a multi-millionaire today. Let's cut the coulda/shoulda talk and the whining and actually start posting some material that might help one another.

From my earnings model for the third quarter, I am forecasting the following:
Revenues: $24.17 million US
Net Income: $1.614 million US
EPS: 10 cents per share US

My operating earnings forecast (Ex the merger charges) is $0.38 for 1998 and $0.51 for 1999. Given that my forecasted ROE for next year is around 14%, I will use a 14X multiple on next years earnings.

Thus my target is $7 US ($11 Canadian). I bought in at $6.5 US and some more around $5. ( I was originally using a 20X multiple but in this market I think 14X is more realistic).

Anybody else, what are your targets (Please do not give me a street analysts' opinion, I want to see who out there is actually double checking the work of the street.)

Cheers for now.
