Joe, HRZG has been playing the long side of DCTC for a while now it appears to me. He has spent a lot of time on the bid in the past and very little time on the ASK. It could be he has been accumulating shares for a buyer, but either way it is nice to see him aggressively moving the bid up as the other MM's get out of the way on the ASK side. Quite a few now have moved to $1.00 and over. It's always hard to tell until it's in the past, but this move up today looks to be bonafide. I would urge DCTC buyers to try and avoid large market orders with this type of buying, or else you could end up paying more for your shares than you need too. James
