**OT** Mr. Hodgkin The thing to remember is that Cendant owns nothing. They have very low overhead. All income is derived from pushing paper. They negotiate the deals with suppliers and offer those supplies to their hotel, car rental and real estate properties. It's all paper and they get a piece of every transaction. The only thing the market needs is to get a more realistic number as to earnings now that the dust is finally settling.
