I think what we are trying to point out is that just because you buy a stock, it does not mean you are married for life to it. Most people buy a stock without an idea of when to sell. Nothing incenses me more than to see what the motley fools have allowed to happen to IOM. There is nothing wrong with taking a profit. Most story stocks do not pan out, don't forget that.
