My opinion on TNSI is based partially on some the facts that have been presented here that I have been able to verify and largely by TA. I've been seeing some very heavy selling in the last few days according to my after market data. Also, who ever heard of a company announcing that they have been approached for acquisition but an agreement hasn't been reached yet?? Usually, merger talks are kept quiet if they will be good for the shareholder so as to avoid speculative buying or buying on insider info. This alone sounds like a total load of hype that's meant to keep the stock price propped up. I'm amazed they can legally get away with such a statement. My initial target is $19. Then $15 after that.
