Jeff, As far as I know there has been no mention either way concerning a reverse merger to the NASDAQ. RG wants in a big way to get to the NASDAQ. Obviously growth in value and maintaining it plus the filing and acceptance is one way. The other is through purchase. My feeling, as I have stated, that I got from RG is he will purchase. RG has a strong desire to be there by the middle of next year. We all know the time involved to grow large enough and complete a purchase. For this to be accomplished in that short period would be a great accomplishment but don't be surprised if he doesn't get it done next year.
