I think that BB shorting is frequently done with little or no DD. Just short anything that spikes/gaps in a major way.
I have done that with $5 and above NADAQ stocks and if you are not greedy you can make money most of the time. Once in a while the stock just rockets out of sight causing a major problem.
FGRX rocketed beyond 3/4 when it took off the first time. I would assume that some of that was short covering. Although I have heard a discussion about major buying north of .50 in anticipation of the audit confirming the book value and/or wanting to buy into Boston National/Bontempi.

Continuing volume after 4:00 close. I wish I knew what was going on.
Not chance event. Could be MM to MM trading. My screen shows them as regular trades just after hours.
