Turn Around Picks Making Turn Around! T.A.P.
Opens Newly Acquired Website With 1St Pick
Jacobson Resonance Enterprises

FRESNO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1998--Turn Around Picks (T.A.P.) a private PR firm in Fresno, Ca.
members.xoom is pleased to announce it has acquired a stock internet website with a membership base that
will substantially increase current T.A.P. membership by about 1000 percent.

T.A.P. opens its new site with Jacobson Resonance Enterprises (OTCBB:JRSE - news) as its first stock pick, and will keep its
free membership policy while still selecting stocks sent in by our members as we have in the past with Purewater Sciences
International Inc. (OTC BB:PRWT - news) and Aqua Vie Beverage Corp [OTC BB:AVBC - news].(AVBC). T.A.P., with
this new website, is now able to offer our free members a message board where members can make posts on selected stocks
they would like to share information on as well as a chat area for discussing stock picks live with other members. The new
website will also have many updated features such as real-time quotes, research, and newswire links.

As for Jacobson Resonance Enterprises (JRSE), T.A.P. finds this company to be an extremely exciting venture, currently
trading near a 52 week low due to overall market conditions, and believes FDA approval could be very close. JRSE, founded
by Dr Jerry I. Jacobson, is in the bioelectromagnetic medical field. The Company has patents for both the Jacobson Resonators
and the formula MC2 = Bvlq, which is the basis for his work. (See writeup on website for more complete interpretation of
formula). Dr. Jacobson's theory of treating illness and injury of humans has been tested using a controlled dose of
electromagnetic field (EMF), about the same amount found naturally in the human body, and the results have been very
favorable without negative side affects. Cornell University has concluded studies which proves Jacobson Resonators, used on
sciatic nerves of mice, showed significant growth in the length and thickness, an increase in the number and size of axons, and
growth and repair to the myelin sheaths. Dr. Jacobson believes that this substantiates that, ''exposure to Jacobson Magnetic
Resonance sustains normal sub-cellular structures of nerve cells as well as promotes growth and repair'', as compared to the
untreated sample of sciatic nerves which simply decayed.

For more information on JRSE and free membership to T.A.P. go to Turn Around Picks website located at
members.xoom.com.

This release contains forward-looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to, certain
delays beyond the company's control with respect to business, events, regulatory approvals, and other risks.

Well keeping with the positive vein, I have contacted CNBC. I have not received a response, but then if these are to be regional ads, they will not necessarily know about them as they may not make the regional feeds. Those ads would possibly likely be run by the local carriers of CNBC. But not to worry, I will continue digging and look to be able to corroborate any sighting. Only in the most positive way of course.

Hi Barbara, Yes, typically a station's (or in this case, a network's) Traffic Department (or Continuity Dept.) is responsible for scheduling the commercials. The engineers are responsible for putting the magazines in the video tape commercial spot players and running them automatically by computer control.

A station will run an audio tape recorder at 1-7/8 inches per second all day just for the purpose of verifying and proving that A particular commerical aired at the time contracted by the advertiser.

Anyway, all this overdone trivia just to get to the same point: email 'em! (I was just in one of those long-winded mooooods.) SO, proof is simply an email away!

best rgds,
