you said>>>While we do charge a cash fee for companies to appear on Emerging Company Report (a fact which is, contrary to your statement, disclosed repeatedly at our web site, our monthly newsletter and on the television program itself), the $8,500.00 fee is extremely modest by anyone's standards. We do not accept company stock under any circumstances, nor do we purchase stock in the companies we feature.<<<

Nor does it appear that you disclose that you have accepted stock in the past until after the sec adminstrative hearing was made public.
Why is that?

>>>from SEC hearing>>> F. As part of and in furtherance of such conduct and
activities, Baillargeon also received, directly or
indirectly, compensation in the form of stock from two
issuers publicized in the ECReport Media. Baillargeon did
not disclose in the ECReport Media that he had received,
directly or indirectly, compensation in the form of stock,
nor did he disclose the type, amount, or value of the stock
he received.<<<

Donald, do you charge extra for promoting those companies on a place like SI? Is that a service that's included in the price? Perhaps you do so because you're a shareholder? Perhaps you do so because you truly believe those companies are good investments? Just curious about your "motivation". Thanks!
