Not to mention the fact that in real life carrying on with a subordinate could be construed as sexual harassment, whether consensual or not.

Many believe Clinton's behavior makes him a sexual predator. He used his position of power to obtain sexual favors, some by force, some by intimidation, and some consensual.

This is the definition of a sexual predator that is used by NOW and essentially by the courts since the Anita Hill testimony.

BTW, Paula Jones "said it was." Apparently that's not good enough. Your test fails.

True enough. And the Paula Jones case was thrown out. He should have been tried, and he was tried. I have no problem with that.

I have a serious problem with the Monica situation however because I view the predator here as Starr and a bunch of voyeuristic prosecutors. And I do without a doubt believe there was as much or more perversion on the part of the IC than Clinton/Monica.
