Strolling down memory lane......Where is Asian Guy and all his inner demons? I miss all those guys. Did they deport him or did his trial membershipS expire? He owned a cazillion shares, but, coudn't afford the 125. membership. Go figure.

Manfred. I'M STILL HERE!!! But right now I'm really "in thoughts". I'm not sure what's going on here. I've had a hot line to Michael S., but he's gone (still don't know why!). I was told all the good things to come, but right know I think all this phone calls were of no use. I'm shocked about '97 results and I have to admit, that guys like LE were right and I was wrong. I've thought that we will see a profit. Maybe not .1085 EPS, but a profit for sure. I'm still thinking about some action against them, but that would not help us in any way. Only thing I was right (hopefully), is that Randy could be our man, and that we should try to trust him and his intentions. But this should not obscure the fact, that this whole affair is a shame and that Ira and especially ARIF should pay for the insolence of it..... Nobody should treat his shareholders like idiots and right now I feel like one (and I think most of us feel like that). I really hope (don't believe it), that the SEC will get him (them). He has deserved "the hard lesson". Beyond that there is not much to say for the moment. We have to wait for '98 Q results and whether Randy will be able to straighten out this awful mess (the "pigs" are still running around here) or not. I'm really angry now and I think it's better to keep my fingers crossed and to lurk a little bit more. Re: the group: Our 4 million shares doesn't seem to be very interesting for the company. Very poor reactions to all my efforts (phone calls, voice mails, E-mails).... Should go to sleep now, Mark
