Well what I think people are missing here is that the daytrader boys have jumped on this one BIGTIME, we are moving up slowly, but this movement has brought them in....oh well...

First, what the hell difference does it make and what does this have to do with TSIG? Anyway, my point in my original post was what the rankings were at the time I applied, not currently. The current rankings have nothing to do with my original point.
Second, I also took some real estate classes--from A-Pass-Weikel. I don't think Yale, NYU, or Columbia have a real estate program, do they?
