The fact that the DOW failed to maintain its rally is a bearish sign. I was a bit surprised by the intraday high, but I usually just look at the closing prices. I think the rest of this week will be interesting.

As for IBM and MSFT...I think a lot of people were expected good news. I don't think there will be a big boost for the market tomorrow. Perhaps, maybe even a sell-off given how tech firms have acted.
