MICROSOFT Q1 REVENUE $3.95 BLN VS $3.13 BLN.
MICROSOFT CITES STRONG WIN98 LAUNCH IN JAPAN, EUROPE.

Here's from another.

Q1 1998 diluted share includes a gain of $160 million
one-time gain on the sale of Softimage. Excluding the gain, the
company earned $0.56 a share.

Q1 1998 First Call mean estimate was $0.49 a share.

It is 62 Cents per share according to MSFT.
