During the breakout session after the presentation from Terry Matthews
during the Analyst and Media conference prior to the AGM Terry stated that there are two factors holding up the potential sale of Newbridge,
the first is Terry Matthews and the second is the price of the shares.
He went further stating that if the price was right the sale of his shares may occur.

During the interop show, McGinn the CEO of LU is doing a key note address (October 21). Sources inside LU suggest that LU is not interested in paying the price that ASND wants for their company. The Newbridge contingent at the show has said the Wednesday the 21st will be their big day at the show.

Pat is off to Interop and will try to update us as she can...stay tuned.

Regards
Glenn

A year ago our stock price was approaching the upper 60's(US). Now he's willing to sell with the stock price below 20? If this is in fact a capitulation on the part of the arrogant TM, let's all hope that he manages to get a respectable price for our investment in NN.
