very good article. My company orders nothing but Dell.
I have been through nightmare for getting simple
part like cable from Compaq at 5 time the regular
price. They have to come out of IBM kind of mentality
before they can do anything. Have you tried ordering a
customize PC through COmpaq's or IBM's website ? They
are way behind.

Pauly, I won't be doing the Marine Corp marathon, but I will be doing the greatest marathon - the NYC Marathon on November 1.
