The Egans register to sell a number of times through out the year, every year. At their salary, its no big surprise. Guess what, they will probably do the same thing next year. This is no big deal. If you own the stock and it bothers you, sell.

Maybe he's buying a new house, or boat, or plane. I'd cash in on some profits to buy a new toy too. Someday, I hope to do that with my profits from this company, albeit not on that grand a scale.

(NewsTraders) -- A Trust controlled by EMC Corp. (EMC) director Maureen Egan registered to sell 500,000 shares of common stock in October with a market value of about $32.5 million, according to a Form 144 released today by the SEC.

Egan owned 568,702 shares directly and 5,058,900 shares indirectly as of 8-Sep-98.
