As government orgs go, Eric, most don't care. The SEC, however, is different. The 'little guy' is a primary responsibility. You won't see 'the big players' losing their shirts on MTEI and its various look-a-likes. In that sense, the SEC doesn't need to care about the big player very much. So&#151it is indeed, you, they're trying to help out. Unfortunately, it's not a huge agency; they're very swamped and very understaffed. A delayed response from them may give the appearance that they don't care, but they do&#151they're just busy. Any participation from the 'little guy' goes a long way in helping them out. &#147The SEC does not care about the little guy, IMO&#148

eric........As to your frustration....I share it....Seems there are a lot of bad apples out there..and the SEC is undermanned -wommened...but hopefully...time will take its toll on this den of thieves.......so thx for filling out the form......every bit helps...T
