At 2:00PM a rumor got started that Dell's business orders were sagging and it swept the trading floors and offices. Most tech stocks got hit in the sell-off.

After 4PM Dell said they know nothing about the rumor or any slowdown.
It is trading higher in after-hours markets.

Someone wanted some cheap shares.

This sucks. All the gain and more following last Thursday's rally has been lost in 2 hours. What if I have no more money to buy more shares. I bought DELL because I thought it was strong and I've lost money with just about everything else. Is DELL going to continue what it has done over the last 3 years?
