This has only been a penny for 2 months or so. Was NASDAQ adnt then went below a dollar.

They are continuing to file.

And after the merger they will meet ALL requirements for NASDAQ or AMEX except for the share price. For NAS they need $4 for 30 days and $3 for the AMEX.

Most importantly you have to look at the track record of Clyde Culp. He is not a penny promoter and has a lot of respect in the industry.

I would HATE a reverse-- but I would have to think about even buying more. I have seen those nightmares too-- and delistings. This is just not the same deal. They have the requirements, they have the management, they have a high grossing idea of around $1.8 per store with a supposedly healthy profit margin. They also have a $6 Million Investor-- which is very, very hard to do.

I do not want one-- and I do not expect one. But to get us out of OTC BB Market Maker Hell would be nice too.

Let's hope they get it there w/o...
