Plaintiffs are represented by The Law Firm of Harvey Greenfield
("Harvey Greenfield"). Harvey Greenfield has significant experience
and expertise prosecuting class actions on behalf of investors and
shareholders. Harvey Greenfield maintains an office in New York City,
and is active in major securities litigation cases throughout the
country. The firm has participated in obtaining recoveries aggregating
approximately $3 billion.

Assuming Harvey get's only 5% (what are the odds?) of that $3 billion... 150 million makes Harvey one rich dude.

How long do these class action things usually last? any ideas?

Steve, in my merger portfolio I have seen that DIGI symbols has changed to "DIGS" along with no information. DIGS sits at 6 with no turnover recently. Do you know something about it?
