Let's remember Big Dog's motto:

It's the oil price stupid!

This is crucial! We are now trading below $13 for Brent. Many in the industry have said in the past that a minimum of $15 is necessary to get close to break even.

Low oil prices + disappointing earnings reports + weak forward guidance = tough times for the OSX!

Let's be careful out there.

Slider: OSX up 5% this morning. Whenever you grow cautious smart traders buy. I will repeat my basic point -- market reaction to news is what counts, not the news itself. And the market's ability to shrug off bad news is very impressive.
