Also the rest of the millenium! Not real encouraging. It sure is a lost bet at this point. Looks like the results from phase 2 were not indicative of reality. A shame. We'll move on as apparently will most of their people. Whether Amylin can is another question.

I feel for the people who devoted years to trying to do something worthwhile and have it not work out. Certainly nothing unreasonable about what they tried to do.

Unfortunately, the story is over for AMLN and pramlintide. Not much else to say except that the trial results were extremely disappointing.
